In addition to the standard repertoire, Esther makes an effort to learn and perform works by contemporary composers, as well as works that may have gone under the radar. Some recent examples include Eric Ewazen's Hold Fast Your Dreams, Alyssa Morris' Four Personalities, and Egon Wellesz' Suite for Oboe Solo.
